About CONTEMPORARY TEXTILES SURREY

Contemporary Quilts Surrey was formed in 2023 . After three years our membership had grown. The variety of skills and interests from our talented membership reflected more than quilting. Following our successful exhibition at Denbies we have exciting plans for the future . We voted as a group to change our name to Contemporary Textiles Surrey. We are a friendly, creative and inspiring group. Contemporary Textiles Surrey is affiliated to The Quilters Guild.

What we do

Our programme includes a mix of:

  • In-house demonstrations
  • Speakers
  • In-house workshops and external tutors
  • Outings
  • Challenges
  • Biannual exhibition

Our meetings normally take place on the 2nd Saturday of the month, 11am-3.30pm.
